- Releases a thundering shout in a forward cone, applying the staggered condition on enemy targets. Also stomps the ground dealing damage around the caster and tripping enemies affected by the snared condition.[1]
There's two components to that ability: It's got a shout component just forward cone... and if you use that ability again you'll see the ground kick up; and that's like the earthquake elements of it; and that does damage... if your target is snared then it will knock enemies down, which is our trip effect.[1] – Tradd Thompson
