Badland Scavenger Handwraps was a cosmetic accessory in a pre-order pack.[1]
Using discarded scraps of leather, cloth, and canvas, badland scavengers wrap their hands and forearms to protect them from the ravages of Desolation. Bone, bits of feather, and scavenged metal reinforce the wraps and give greater protection against the beasts and predators of the wastes.[1]
