Freeholds are sizable plots of land that can be built within the Zone of influence (ZOI) of a Village (stage 3 node) or higher.[1]
Freehold placement
- Freehold plots may be placed anywhere in a node's ZOI, so long as they do not overlay a spawn zone, a road pathway, or are too close to other plots or hard terrain features; such as mountainsides or cliffs.[2]
- The more advanced a node is, the more freeholds can be built within its ZOI.[1]
Freehold buildings
Structures can be built on a freehold plot.[1]
- Houses
- Inns
- Taverns
- Forges
- Smelters
- Lumber yards
- Mills
- Stables
Freehold benefits
- Because freeholds are built within a Node’s ZOI, they grant citizenship.[1]
- Freeholds allow the owner to sell consumables that are only purchasable for specific buildings.[3]
