Player housing (pre-alpha)

Kaelar and Empyrean freeholds (pre-alpha)

Freeholds are sizable plots of land that can be built within the Zone of influence (ZOI) of a Village (stage 3 node) or higher.[1]

Freehold placement

  • Freehold plots may be placed anywhere in a node's ZOI, so long as they do not overlay a spawn zone, a road pathway, or are too close to other plots or hard terrain features; such as mountainsides or cliffs.[2]
  • The more advanced a node is, the more freeholds can be built within its ZOI.[1]

Freehold buildings

Structures can be built on a freehold plot.[1]

  • Houses
  • Inns
  • Taverns
  • Forges
  • Smelters
  • Lumber yards
  • Mills
  • Stables

Freehold benefits

  • Because freeholds are built within a Node’s ZOI, they grant citizenship.[1]
  • Freeholds allow the owner to sell consumables that are only purchasable for specific buildings.[3]
