Players can purchase instanced apartments within a Village (stage 3 node), if apartment complexes have been developed within that node.
Instanced apartment options
Instanced apartments are internal only spaces that offer some housing functionality.[1]
- Apartment rentals will offer node citizenship.
- Different price points will offer different sized apartments.
- Prices for apartments will fluctuate depending on the number of units already sold in the city.
- Apartments can be decorated as required.
- Apartments have a fixed size and shape, even if the Node progresses.[ citation needed ]
