Potions are a type of consumable in Ashes of Creation.

• Potions can be consumed while in combat, but there will be a shared cooldown with potions of the same tier.

You might have a very strong potion and a very minor potion. They'll have separate cooldowns that they share with their with their same tier. – Steven Sharif

• Growth potions may be in the game.
